Occupancy Agreement: All groups renting the lodge must sign the occupancy agreement. Click here to print a copy. Please sign and fax back to 585.377.2747. No rental is accepted without a signed agreement.
rolex green sticker fakePets: Pets are strictly forbidden. If you arrive with a pet you will be asked to board it at a nearby kennel. We are sorry but there are no exceptions to this.
Snowmobiling: We reserve the right to deny rental of the property to snow mobile groups that cannot supply references from previous lodging if asked. We are primarily interested in renting the lodge to snowmobile groups that are responsible and can demonstrate this.
ATV’s, Dirt Bikes and Personal Water Craft: These motorized vehicles not allowed and include, but not limited to; jet skis, wave runners, ATV’s, dirt bikes, etc. Traditional motorboats are allowed and we have a boat launch area. We supply 2 canoes with the rental.
Rental Policy: The groups currently renting the lodge have the first option for the same period the following year. All groups must decide if they are going to rebook the lodge for the following year at the end of their current rental. If they decided not to rebook, the lodge is made available to the public.
Rates and Payments: A 50% deposit is needed to secure a rental period. A credit card will hold the rental for 7 days while a check or money order is forwarded. We do not use credit cards as a form of payment, only in the case of default. The full amount of the rental is due 30 days prior to the rental period. The deposit is retained for security and is returned within 1 week after the rental period. Make checks payable to Beaver Point Lodge and mail c/o Jim Somers, 285 Benson Road, Victor NY, 14564.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, Beaver Point Lodge will retain any money that has been submitted towards a rental not to exceed the full amount of the rental. If we are able to rent the lodge during a cancellation period we will return all deposits with the exception of a $100 cancellation fee.
General: There is no smoking allowed in the lodge. Pets are not allowed (please don’t ask). Snowmobiling is not allowed on our property. The use of our driveway < 20 mph to the trails is permitted.
Incidentals: Linens and towels are not supplied. You will need I set of king sheets, 3 sets queen sheets, 2 sets full sheets and 4 sets single sheets. All kitchen necessities are supplied; pots and pans, dishes, dinnerware, glasses, mugs, bowls, toaster and blender. Also, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags are supplied. We supply firewood.
